Email vedran@knittedlogic.com with a short description of the problem, the device you use, and (if relevant) a screenshot. We reply within 2 business days.
Signaler un contenu et bloquer un membre
- Report content: open the menu on any post, comment, question, answer, message, pet, place, alert, or profile and choose Report. Our moderation team is notified immediately and reviews every report within 24 hours.
- Block a member: open their profile menu and choose Block. Blocked members can no longer see or contact you.
- Urgent safety issue: email vedran@knittedlogic.com. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Supprimer votre compte
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, pets, posts, and uploaded photos. If you can no longer sign in, email vedran@knittedlogic.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
